Trade-In Policy

The Guardian Ai, Guardian OK, Guardian Hi, and Guardian Love are eligible for Guardian Tech’s trade-in program. The program allows you to trade in any of the aforementioned models, in exchange for a brand new piece of the exact same model for $18.80. Any trade-ins to a newer model would be at the discretion of Guardian Tech and would incur a higher trade-in fee.

The trade-in is subject to proof of purchase as well as the condition of the watch. An assessment will be made by Guardian Tech on whether to accept the trade-in. Guardian Tech reserves the right to amend the trade-in fee or outright reject the trade-in depending on the results of the assessment. Each purchase of an eligible  watch entitles the buyer to 1 trade-in, any subsequent trade-ins will be subject to Guardian Tech’s sole discretion and may incur higher trade-in fees.

This trade-in program is subject to change or can be withdrawn at any time without prior warning at Guardian Tech’s sole discretion.

Warranty Policy

All of our Guardian Tech devices are covered by a 1 year limited local (Singapore) manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If you consider that the device which you have purchased, has a latent manufacturing defect, you must give notice to Guardian Tech of the alleged defects promptly upon discovery. The warranty covers repair labour and parts for the affected device and is a carry-in service that will be conducted at our service center only.

Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper usage, and any liquid and or dust damage. Guardian Tech also cannot warranty, repair, or guarantee the performance of 3rd party apps (not originating from Guardian Tech), including those downloaded from Guardian Tech’s app store. Guardian Tech’s decision on all claims, including without limitation whether there is a defect in the Product, the cause of failure/defect, validity of the warranty, and what remedy is to be provided, shall be conclusive and you agree to abide by such decision

Before receiving warranty service, Guardian Tech or its agents may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues, and maintain a separate backup copy of the contents of the device’s storage media. It is recommended to remove all personal information that you want to protect before submission to the service center. During warranty service, the contents of the storage media may be altered, deleted and or reformatted. Guardian Tech is not responsible for any loss of software programs, data, or any other information contained on the storage media or any other part of the device. Do not attempt to open the Guardian Tech Product or remove any protective caps attached to the Guardian Tech Product. Opening the Guardian Tech Product or removing protective caps may cause damage that is not covered by this Warranty. Only Guardian Tech should perform service on this Guardian Tech Product.

Lifetime Service Policy

All of our Guardian Tech devices are covered by a Lifetime local (Singapore) service warranty. This means that Guardian Tech will repair any damage to your device, where reasonable, without any labour fees. The only cost incurred for you will be for replacement parts. This policy is applicable across the lifespan of the product, which is defined as the timeframe in which parts can be reasonably sourced for repairs.
